Return window
You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or an exchange.

Condition
Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

The portal gives you the return address and instructions. Please start your return in the portal before mailing anything back.

Return shipping
You pay the cost of shipping your return, unless the return is because of a mistake by Buttah Skin. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue your refund within 1 to 2 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to show it.
If you haven't seen your refund, first check with your bank or card company. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@buttahskin.com.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
Contact info@buttahskin.com or call 1-833-428-8824 as soon as possible, and we'll send a replacement.

Cancelling an order
Email info@buttahskin.com or call 1-833-428-8824 right away. We can cancel your order until it is given a tracking number. Once it has a tracking number, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fee. Email info@buttahskin.com or call 1-833-428-8824.
